What’s your favorite way to waste time?

Wasting time is not a waste. It’s an investment. What are your thoughts on wasting time? Do you think it’s worth it to spend on mindless activities so you can have more time for meaningful activities? Or do you think it’s better to spend all your time, even your free time, on meaningful activities? I’ve been thinking about how people spend their time lately. I, for one, think it’s worth the time to waste time.

A few weeks ago, I was hanging out with my friend and she asked me what I liked to do for fun. Everybody likes fun. I shrugged and said, “I don’t know. What do you think, I do for fun?” “You don’t do anything for fun,” she replied. I paused and thought for a moment. “I guess I don’t,” I said. We don’t realize it, but we’re all wasting time.

When I was a kid, I’d sometimes spend hours on end staring out the window. That was great fun for me. As a teen, I’d lose myself in my books, and now as an adult, I’ll spend hours scrolling through social media. But I’ve found that these days, I need to give myself a designated time for fun. Otherwise, I’ll end up wasting hours on my phone. Mobile technology is killing my time.

I don’t like to waste my time on youtube, social media. Sometimes I feel that checking unnecessary mails are a wastage. Stand in line with a great que is also wastage. Excessive post on social media is another way to reduce your tenacity.

I like to waste my time by looking at the night sky. How beautiful and big is the universe is! I also don’t expect it to be filled with a hundred trillion stars. Sometimes, I feel was it too bright or a coincidence that they had even fewer extra-solar planets today compared to yesterday? sometimes I saw that there were more stars than usual, maybe they love my looking.
