Everyone has their own way of relaxing and de-stressing. Some people like to take a bath, read a book, go for a walk, or play with their pets. Others prefer to play video games, watch Netflix, or look up interesting facts on Wikipedia. But how do you know what works for you? I love to go running, hike, or play tennis. When I’m not doing that, I love to read, play video games, and listen to music. Some people feel car driving as relaxation. Watching TV is great relaxation too.
