If you want to grow, you must be willing to be uncomfortable. The bigger the discomfort, the more you can grow.

You’ll never know what it is like to live unless you push your limits and step out of your comfort zone. You don’t have to spend five years living in a small apartment or going through daily life events that cause you great stress and anxiety. The most inspiring examples of people who are living their lives to the fullest while living outside of their comfort zone. They took hard effort and make a life plan. They follow a hard routine.

The Risk Takers: These folks are living life to the fullest even though they’re taking risks.

The Adventurers: These people have gone on adventures that are out of the ordinary.

It’s a phrase that’s been printed on t-shirts and seen around the world. And it’s something that I believe wholeheartedly. It’s time to start living into your full potential and to stop just living for the sake of living.
So, let’s jump in. I was afraid of what might happen if I left my comfort zone.
I was afraid of what I might find. I was afraid of regret. I was afraid of what might happen if I changed my life. The thought of moving from my hometown, where I was safe and secure with a good job, to a new city, where I’d be starting over, was terrifying.
The thought of taking a leap and not knowing where I would land was scary.
But I did it anyway.If you want to grow, you must be willing to be uncomfortable. The bigger the discomfort, the more you can grow.
