Do you ever feel like you’re just spinning your wheels in life, or feeling lost? Can you remember yesterday? When is your birthday?

Do you ever feel like you’re just spinning your wheels in life, or feeling lost?
This happens when you don’t take the time to reflect and appreciate the present moment. When I feel that way, I find that taking a walk or sitting on a bench and just experiencing the moment is enough to put my mind at ease. The mind becomes calm and full of awareness. I’ve found that when I do this, I’m able to see things in a new light and feel more grounded in the present.

I realized how hard it is to just experience each moment as it is. I have a tendency to complicate things. I have a tendency to worry. I have a tendency to judge. I have a tendency to regret. I found a quote that I think is perfect for this. I walk along the street with depression and tension.

What is the point of life? In one sentence, going ahead with happiness and full of work. I’ve been thinking about this question a lot lately. For me, the point of life is to live your life. It’s to be mindful. It’s to be aware of the present. It’s to live in the present moment.

“We all want peace and happiness, but we live in such a way that the fruit of our actions is the opposite. We want to create happiness for others, but we live in such a way that we create the causes for unhappiness. We want to bring peace to the world, but we live in such a way that we bring the causes for war and violence.”

I’m the type of person who likes to think about the future and plan accordingly. But sometimes I think I over-plan and it takes the joy out of the present moment. I’m learning to just experience each moment as it is, and not worry about how the next moment will be. It’s like when you’re on vacation and you don’t spend your days worrying about what you’ll do when you get back. You just enjoy the time you’re having.
Enjoy it as it is, and not with the mindset that it’ll be something else in the next moment.
