Apple could postpone its iPhone event, which traditionally takes place in September 20, by a month this year due to the corona pandemic. The company had already announced that the iPhone 12 will be launched later.Corona changes everything – apparently also Apple’s September event at which the manufacturer has been presenting its new iPhone generation since 2012, i.e. for eight years. The leaker and tech journalist John Prosser wants to have found out that it will be different this year: The iPhone 12 will not be presented until October, the Apple Watch and a new iPad will take the place in September.

According to the information from Prosser , we can only expect the iPhone 12 event in the 42nd calendar week from October 12, 2020. After the presentation, the normal models should first go on sale in the week from October 19. The more expensive and slightly better equipped Pro versions are probably not expected until November. However, Prosser cannot name a specific calendar week for the launch.
