A short nap in the early afternoon called siesta. It is popular in Spain, especially in worm time. I am curious as to why the siesta has not touched on the possible bootup of good health. Have they conducted any research on the pros and cons of effectively having twice as many days in a year? Most animals nap at random times during the day so surely this must be hugely beneficial to humans as well. Having enough sleep is having longer years of stay on this earth.
