Smoking poisoning can last up to 20 minutes after smoking. The carbon monoxide content of smoking reduces the oxygen carrying capacity of blood hemoglobin, thus reducing the oxygen levels in the blood. Smoking increases the blood pressure of the heart, which causes the heart to work extra, which requires extra oxygen. But during this time, the amount of oxygen in the blood decreases and the blood vessel becomes constricted, disrupting the normal oxygen supply to the heart muscle and the heart muscle suffers from lack of oxygen. Smoking accelerates the accumulation of fat (atherosclerotic) in the arteries and causes a heart attack by narrowing the coronary arteries. Cigarette smoking is not just the smoker’s harm, but the smoker who is in front of the smoker, especially children, is more or less the same as the smoker. As a result, the children of a smoker parent were admitted to the hospital at a very early age for having a heart attack. That is why it is difficult to leave this bad habit alone.
