The human body has three distinct areas. These are body, mind, and emotions. The word “I”‘ is abstract and can control all these three areas if you know. Can you manage your own emotions? Emotional intelligence or EI is the ability to understand and control your own emotions, also people surround you. People with a high degree of emotional intelligence know what they’re feeling, what their emotions mean, also the effect on other people.

Some people drop a job or not coup up with the stress of the job as some phenomenon that burns them. You can rarely cry by remembering those obstacles of job or other work sectors. But the fact is the new door is waiting for you. It’s crucial to differentiate between emotion, the value that emotional intelligence can have because emotional intelligence is something fundamentally different it’s the ability to identify and manage your emotions. This is a skill. Problem-solving is a great quality of a human. It comes from logic and feeling of needs. There are types of emotional intelligence like self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management. You will be amazed that for leaders emotional intelligence is essential for success. IQ is the ability to apply knowledge but EQ is the ability to judge and to react people around you. emotional intelligence because it’s hard to understand the difference between yourself and someone else and it’s even harder to connect on an emotional level. first of all need to consider emotional intelligence as a crucial skill. I mean how many books have you read in school, why not make some of them about emotional intelligence? Or make kids work on case studies together so that they can exchange their ideas on how to approach topics and if we’re lucky, they get out of school having learned this fundamental and crucial skill of emotional intelligence. One of the greatest positive side of emotional intelligence, both within the office and in one’s personal life, is the ability to maintain and express compassion for fellow humans. 

We need a world with living together and full of mutual understanding, accepting others, and good tolerance on adversity. The practice of emotional intelligence is must.
