Once I had visited to China and stay there for a long time. I had found that their lifestyle is different than Europe. People wake up early in morning and do regular exercise. Most people take a nap after meal. Minimum one hour. They took early dinner and some of them eat fruits only. They take less food. Fish is a favorite item.
Chinese use traditional medicine normally herbs and various parts of animals. They believe that tree is source of energy. In morning exercise, I had found that some old people tightly hold big tree for longer time. They believe that energy of tree will be transformed to his body. They also feels that some of herbs really works.
